Fact sheet Dates, curtain times, venue address, running time with intermission, age guidance, and content advisories.
Synopsis Short and long versions, spoiler-free, approved by the director and the writer.
Company and creative bios Consistent lengths, checked by each person or their representative.
Full credits Cast, creative team, and production staff, with billing exactly as contracted and matching the program.
About the company A short paragraph on the theater or producers, plus the rest of the season.
Access information Accessible seating, assistive listening, and any captioned or audio-described performances.

Production photos in multiple sizes High resolution for print, web sizes for online, and vertical crops for social.
Headshots Current, consistently cropped, and named by person.
Captions and photographer credits Who is pictured, left to right, plus the required credit line for every image.
B-roll Short production clips for broadcast and digital outlets, with usage terms.
Logo and key art files Vector and transparent formats, with the title treatment and usage rules.
Image usage terms How long images may be used and what needs approval, in one short paragraph.

Press list Outlet, critic, photographer, contact details, and which performance each will attend.
Confirmations Tickets confirmed in writing, then rechecked the week of.
Review embargo When reviews may publish, stated clearly in every invitation.
Seat map Critics on the aisle where possible, with clear sight lines and away from the company’s families.
Press check-in A separate desk or lane, tickets in labeled envelopes, and printed kits on hand.
Plus-one policy Stated in the invitation, so nobody negotiates at the desk.
Contact for the night One name and one mobile number on every confirmation.

Pull quote approval process Who signs off on quotes, and a rule that every quote is used in context and credited.
Share reviews with the company On the producers’ timing, in the way the company has agreed.
Thank-yous Notes to critics who came, photographers, and everyone who helped on the night.
Update the kit Add approved quotes and any new photos; retire the preview version.
